    Beschreibung

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    2. Lead and manage the quality team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.
    3. Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures, and metrics for all stages of product development, manufacturing, and delivery.
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, supply chain, and customer service, to drive continuous improvement and resolve quality issues.
    5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
    6. Champion a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization, promoting a proactive approach to quality assurance and problem-solving.
    7. Monitor and analyze quality performance data to track key metrics, identify trends, and drive improvement initiatives.
    8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management roles within the automotive industry, with a proven track record of success.
    3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and 8D problem-solving.
    4. Experience with ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, and other relevant quality standards and regulations.
    5. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
    6. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
    7. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
    8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    9. Strong customer focus and dedication to delivering high-quality products and services.
    10. Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) designation preferred.

    Requirements:

    1. Has to have experience and a professional understanding of manufacturing automotive metals
    2. Be flexible to travel to multi-sites
