- Unterstützen von Menschen, die in skalierten Systemen bzw. in crossfunktionalen Teams arbeiten sowie die Arbeit am System selbst machen dir Spaß und sind kein Neuland für dich, denn du kannst agile Methoden und Best Practices umzusetzen Überzeugendes Profil
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Diplom oder Master), idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Agilität
- Du verfügst nachweislich über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master, agile*r Projektmanager*in oder in vergleichbarer Position in einem agilen Umfeld
- Ein verinnerlichtes agiles Mindset, mit dem man das Umfeld begeisterst und motiviert zählt zu deinen Kernkompetenzen
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Transformation einer klassischen Organisation hin zur einer (skalierten) agilen Organisation und auch in verteilter Führung und besitzt Praxiserfahrung in der Begleitung mehrerer agiler Teams – zum Beispiel als Coach, Scrum oder OKR Master
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, du bist kommunikationsstark und das auf allen Mitarbeiter- und Managementebenen
