- Responsible for the success of customer acquisition.
- Conducting customer meetings online and on-site at the customer's site.
- Presence at trade fairs and events at trade fair stands and as a speaker.
- Negotiate and conclude contracts in coordination with the technical team when necessary.
- Coordinate with Marketing and SDR on contact strategy for target customers.
- Gathering customer requirements and briefing the product team.
- Assist with customer sizing, training and presentations to customers and users, online and in person.
- Creation of size charts in collaboration with customers.
- Completed training or professional experience in customer service, account management or a related discipline.
- Strong B2B sales experience
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in German and English. (The successful candidate must be a native German speaker for this role).
- Experience in negotiation and contract conclusion.
- Team orientation and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of using CRM systems.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to continually learn.
- Experience conducting training and presentations to customers and users is an advantage.
- Ability to travel across Germany to meet with new and existing clients when required
