- als Key-User die Digitalisierung der Vertriebsprozesse im SAP forcieren (Bereitstellung ad-hoc Produktverfügbarkeitsprüfung, etc.)
- das Vertriebsplanungstool administrieren und die Weiterentwicklung vorantreiben
- zusammen mit dem Head of Sales Operations die Verkaufsprognosen, Planungs- und Budgetierungsprozesse, die innerhalb der Vertriebsorganisation verwendet werden, koordinieren
- Daten aus SAP ERP, BI und Sales Force (SF) BI synthetisieren und aussagekräftige Dashboards mit den wesentlichen KPIs zur Verfügung stellen
- den Forecast- und Budgetplanungsprozess sowie den Auf- und Ausbau eines einheitlichen globalen Reporting (Salesforce, BW, PowerBI) stetig optimieren
- zusammen mit dem Head of Sales Operations die monatliche Vertriebsplanung steuern.
- Ihr Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder Informatik erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Solide Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und Anwendung von Projektmanagement-Tools
- Umfassende Kenntnisse mit Logistik- und Vertriebsprozessen im Hinblick auf einen B2B-Webshop
- Ein tiefes Verständnis für SAP- und IT-Prozesse
- Erfahrungen in der Prozessoptimierung und im Change-Management
