    Was Dich bei uns erwartet:

  • Als Customer Success Manager bist Du der persönliche Ansprechpartner für unsere Bestandskunden und bist verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche erfolgreiche Nutzung unseres Software Produkts
  • Du stellst die Produktakzeptanz und die langfristige Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden sicher
  • Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Praxispersonal arbeitest Du an innovativen und effizienten Lösungen und modernisiert somit die praxisinternen Abläufe
  • Du bist involviert in ausgewählte Projekte um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu evaluieren und zu erhöhen
  • Du bringst unsere Kundenzufriedenheit auf das nächste Level

    • Qualifikationen

    Wir möchten Dich gerne kennenlernen, wenn Du:

  • Eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen hast
  • Als Customer Success Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Positionen gearbeitet hast, idealerweise im Saas Umfeld
  • Eine Sales DNA mitbringst
  • Erste Erfahrung im Projekt- und /oder Stakeholdermanagement gesammelt hast
  • Ein Kommunikationstalent bist und dich dank deiner empathischen und positiven Persönlichkeit gut in deine Gesprächspartner:innen hineinversetzen und sie begeistern kannst
  • Gerne telefonierst und keine Scheu hast auf Menschen zuzugehen
  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch sprichst
  • Ein Macher bist und siehst Veränderungen als etwas Positives ansiehst
