- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials, components, and services required for solar PV creation.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and agreements to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to forecast material needs and ensure timely procurement to support project schedules.
- Proven experience +5 in procurement, supply chain management, with a focus on renewable energy, solar PV, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and other relevant tools for procurement and logistics management.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
