- Cultivate strategic relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities to expand business across the Danaher Dx portfolio and potentially other Danaher divisions.
- Consult on enhancing large complex business systems and value streams for continuous improvement possibilities.
- Collaborate with senior health executives to establish connections between strategic goals and process enhancements using analytical tools, consulting methods, and change management.
- Drive Business development and Market expansion of innovative commercial propositions to tackle clients' crucial challenges in key European markets.
- Co-create business proposals with regional IVD Sales Managers and assist in developing functional and technical specifications.
- Lead the formulation of customer Statement of Work (SOW) documents through interactions with hospital executives to define project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Support Performance Partnership Assessments in coordination with Discovery Consultants to gain a clear understanding of client needs and innovation opportunities.
- BS or BA Degree from an accredited institution. A degree in Business or healthcare administration is a plus (or equivalent experience). MBA strongly preferred.
- Over 15 years of commercial experience with proven success in sales or consulting, showcasing a solid grasp of financial and operational issues impacting large organizations.
- Outstanding skills in communications, training/adult learning, influencing/consulting, structured problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Experience in structuring long-term strategic partnerships across disciplines, regions, and cultures including value-based healthcare proposals through analysis of client business and operations.
- Comfort with traveling 60% of the time, fluency in German, professional proficiency in English, and proficiency in French.
- Lean Consulting, Change Management, and/or knowledge of health finance.
- Healthcare Diagnostics Operations and economics.
- Healthcare Economics (reimbursement, delivery, or technology sectors) and/or Value-based care within Europe.

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is part of a group of six Diagnostics Companies at Danaher: Together, we're working swiftly to enhance patient well-being with diagnostic tools that tackle major health challenges around the globe.
The Principal, Enterprise Solutions role at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics oversees business development and commercial leadership, collaborating with client executives to devise strategies and secure commitment for executing a Performance Partnership. You'll drive new business initiatives spanning multiple portfolios and across national and regional health systems.
As a member of the Performance Partnership Europe Team, this role is fully **remote** but ideally based in Germany.
You'll report to the General Manager Performance Partnerships Europe, who spearheads business development, consulting, and continuous improvement endeavors within clients and health networks across Europe.
