- Lead Business development andMarket development of innovative commercial propositions to solveclients' key challenges across key Europeanmarkets.
- Co-develop business proposals withregional IVD Sales Managers and provide support in developingfunctional and technical specifications.
- Leaddevelopment of customer Statement of Work (SOW) documents byengagement with hospital executives to resolve project scope,budget, and timelines.
- Support PerformancePartnership Assessments in conjunction with Discovery Consultantsto clearly understand client needs and opportunities forinnovation.
- BS orBA Degree from an accredited institution. Degree in Businessdiscipline or healthcare administration desirable (or equivalentexperience). MBA strongly preferred.
- 15+ yearstrack record of commercial experience with demonstrated success insales or consulting, with a proven understanding of financial andoperational issues that affect largeorganizations.
- Superior skills incommunications, training / adult learning, consulting /influencing, structured problem solving and criticalthinking.
- Experience in structuring long-termstrategic partnerships across disciplines, regions, and culturesincluding value-based healthcare propositions through analysis ofclient business and operations.
- Willingness totravel 60% of the time with fluency in German language,professional proficiency in English language and proficiency inFrenchlanguage.
