- Annahme, Priorisierung, Bearbeitung, Dokumentation und Abschluss aller Service Requests in Jira
- Unterstützung und Beratung unserer Kunden bei Fragen zur Nutzung und Konfiguration unserer Softwareprodukte
- Erstanalyse von gemeldeten Störungen und Softwarefehlern
- Planung und Koordination von Patch-Lieferungen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Einträgen in unserer Wissensdatenbank
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Informatik-Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrungen im technischen Support, Kundenservice oder einer ähnlichen Rolle mit Kundenkontakt
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, sich in komplexe Anwendungsgebiete einzufinden
- Spaß an der Anwendung und Vermittlung komplexer Software und daran, Kundenanfragen im Team zu lösen
- Souveräne Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gutes Ausdrucksvermögen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Webhosting Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java sind von Vorteil
