    China Mobile International Limited (CMI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Mobile. To provide better services to meet the growing demand in the international telecommunications market, CMI has expanded its footprint in 38 countries and regions. Leveraging the strong support by China Mobile, CMI Germany is a trusted partner that provides comprehensive international telecom services and solutions to international enterprises, carriers and mobile users. China Mobile International (Germany) GmbH would like to hire a Business Development Specialist (m/f/x) , who will be responsible for the acquisition, support and value-added development of enterprise customers in Europe Region.

    Responsibility:

    • Developing and executing market development plans consistent with division goals and objectives to drive revenue and customer volume growth.
    • Responsible for managing development strategies and analyzing market trends, competitor activities as well as customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
    • Actively searching and building relationships with prospective customers via all communicative tools in assigned areas
    • Collaborating with cross functional teams including product development, sales, marketing and customer service to ensure successful delivery of projects
    • Presenting performance analysis results to superiors to help with future product design and sales and marketing strategies
    • Building and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, industry influence, and partners

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or equivalent field.
    • Minimum 1-year professional experience in direct sales and new customer business
    • Solid social connections and contacts in medium-sized as well as large multinational companies in European countries
    • Solid telecommunication industry skills and/or knowledge in selling cloud services and data services
    • Self-motivated team player with customer- and result-oriented working attitude
    • Fluent English and German language skills
    • Travel flexibility
