Service package A: Services in the area of project administration
Project meetings and workshops:
o Coordination as well as preparation and follow-up

Maintenance and follow-up of an open points list according to project specifications
Creating and editing project presentations and project status reports according to specifications
Creating, maintaining, coordinating and updating project documents in accordance with the project management method

Service package B: Project management services
- Creation and updating of internal project reporting in accordance with project specifications
- Planning and control of the work packages (WBS) required in the sub-project to ensure the timely completion of the delivery units assigned to the sub-projects in accordance with the sub-project definition
- Preparation and coordination of schedules, e.g. sequence of work packages, taking into account the requirements and framework conditions with the departments involved
- Define the scope of the sub-projects based on the requirements of the project stakeholders (scope, deliverables, work products)
- Document and manage dependencies to other (sub)projects or programs in a central SharePoint list
- Creating and updating (sub)project plans in MS Project
- Documentation of milestones, work results and development packages in accordance with project planning in MS Project (Server)
- Create schedule (duration and sequence of work packages), define milestones and carry out controlling schedule.
- Developing proposals for deriving the project team's resources (quantity and skills)

Change management:
- Technical support in the identification, coordination and implementation of changes
- Recording, documentation and tracking of all changes regarding project scope, time and budget in the project change list
- Analyzing the change and determining the impact on the client's end customer contract
- Technical support in evaluating the implementation options for the changed requirement
- Technical support in assessing the impact of the change on the project, operations, service and existing functionalities

Creating drafts for decision templates and updating the project documents for the change

Qualification requirements:
1. Language skills: German: Level C1 and English Level B1 - Common European Framework of Reference for Languages CEFR
2. Certification: ITIL Foundation v.3
3. Certification: Project Management ICB (IPMA) Level C (or equivalent, e.g. PMBOK (PMI) CAPM, PRINCE2 Practitioner)
4. Knowledge of MS Office: Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project
5. Knowledge of SharePoint and JIRA for collaboration in project teams and for the creation/use of dashboards or cockpits
Experience requirements:
1. Responsible management (at least sub-project management) in IT projects with a technical focus on data center infrastructure, service projects platform or mobile working (at least 3 years)
