    Junior Project Manager Retail Coordination (m/w/x)

    DEINE AUFGABEN



    Wenn Du ein innovatives FMCG-Produkt mit uns vorantreiben möchtest, dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig Für einen internationalen Kunden launchen wir deutschlandweit einzigartige Stores, um den Konsumenten eine Plattform für ein unvergessliches Markenerlebnis zu bieten.
    • Du bist der/die direkte Ansprechpartner:in für Regional Manager:in, Store Manager:in und interne Projektteams
    • Du kümmerst Dich um die Koordination und Steuerung des gesamten Kommunikationsprozesses, sowie die Bündelung von relevanten Informationen zwischen Kunde, Stores und Projektteams
    • Du bereitest wöchentliche Newsletter und Präsentationen vor, stimmst sie ab und verschickst sie
    • Du verantwortest die Auswertung von Reportings und die Steuerung des Cashinventur-Prozesses
    • Du führst Briefings durch und steuerst Kampagnen, Marketingaktionen und Aktivierungen vor Ort
    • Du bist verantwortlich für die Organisation und Protokollierung von Events für den Kunden

    DEIN PROFIL

    • Du verfügst über ein(e) abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium der Fachrichtungen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikationswissenschaften o.Ä.
    • Du hast idealerweise erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und/oder Retail gesammelt
    • Du bist ein Organisationstalent, behältst den Blick über das große Ganze, hast eine strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Problemlösungskompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zeitmanagement
    • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Kommunikationsstärke, hast eine Hands-On Mentalität sowie eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
    • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch und besitzt einen sichere Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen
