Wer du bistDiese Stelle ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt unbefristet in Vollzeit zu besetzen. Die Arbeitszeit beträgt durchschnittlich 37,5 Stunden pro Woche. Sie verteilt sich auf 5 Tage in der Woche von Montag bis Samstag in Früh-, Mittel- und Spätschichten.
Bezahlung nach Einzelhandelstarif + 13. Gehalt als Weihnachtsgeld + Urlaubsgeld + 15% Personalrabatt und vieles mehr weiter unten.
Dich begeistert der lebendige Einzelhandel: Du bist serviceorientiert und gehst mit deiner freundlichen Art offen und aktiv auf Menschen zu.
Du hast Berufserfahrung im Verkauf und idealerweise hast du bereits Kenntnisse über Verkaufsförderungs- und Verkaufssteuerungstechniken.
Du hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und arbeitest gerne im Team. Du kannst Mitarbeiter*innen anleiten und Beziehungen zu anderen Fachbereichen aufbauen.
Du hast großes Interesse daran, Verantwortung für Projekte mit vorgegebenem Rahmen in deinem Bereich zu übernehmen.
Du begeisterst dich für die Einrichtung in unterschiedlichen Lebenssituationen sowie für aktuelle Wohntrends und für die Marke IKEA.
Du arbeitest strukturiert und gut organisiert, besitzt analytische Fähigkeiten und Englisch-Grundkenntnisse.

Mit großer Leidenschaft planst und koordinierst du Verkaufsaktivitäten, wie saisonale Aktivitäten, im gesamten Einrichtungshaus.
Du sorgst für eine attraktive und kommerzielle Vermarktung der Aktivitäten, damit noch mehr Besucher*innen zu Kund*innen werden und sie gerne häufiger zu IKEA kommen, um jedes Mal etwas Neues zu entdecken.
Um immer auf dem neuesten Stand zu sein, vertiefst du ständig dein Wissen über Einrichtung und Trends sowie über den Markt und die Mitbewerber.
Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Verkauf, Marketing und Logistik im Einrichtungshaus zusammen. Euer Ziel ist es, immer die korrekte Warenverfügbarkeit für unsere Kund*innen zu gewährleisten und den höchstmöglichen Umsatz zu erzielen.
Du leitest die Mitarbeiter*innen aus deinem Bereich an und begeisterst sie für deine Ideen. Gemeinsam mit dem Team setzt du Verkaufsaktionen erfolgreich um.
