- Unterstützung unserer Teams und der Geschäftsführung bei allen rechtlichen Fragestellungen insbesondere zu den Themen Datenschutz, AGBs und Verträgen
- Betreuung des Vertragsmanagements aller Rahmenverträge mit Kunden und Lieferanten
- Operative und administrative Unterstützung in Bezug auf alle juristischen Tätigkeiten
- Koordinierung des Unterschriftenprozesses von Verträgen und der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Rechtsanwälten
- Erstellung von Bescheinigungen, Zeugnissen und Dokumenten nach Vorlage
- Pflege unserer HR Software und Tools
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, bestenfalls mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsrecht oder verwandter Studiengänge
- erste berufliche Erfahrungen in Start-ups oder Agenturen, idealerweise im Legal- und Personalbereich, sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Flexibilität und Sorgfalt
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbständigkeit, strukturiere Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
