- Gewährleistung von genauem und rechtzeitigem Teilen von Informationen für alle beteiligte Parteien. Koordination mit dem Event Communications specialist (EVCM), wenn Informationen oder dringende Nachrichten über die Fan-App im Namen des HCOC vorgelegt werden müssen
- Informieren aller Interessensgruppen über relevante Updates, Änderungen oder Entscheidungen, die von der Host City, den lokalen Behörden oder den Organisatoren (VCC und TOC) getroffen wurden
- Teilen von relevantem Wissen, Erkenntnissen und Ergebnissen der Tournament Operations Group (TOG) mit der Host City und den lokalen Interessengsruppen, um ihr Verständnis zu verbessern und ihre Pläne und Operationen gegebenenfalls anzupassen
- Förderung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Interessensgruppen durch Teilnahme an Koordinationsmeetings, die von der Host City und der EURO 2024 GmbH organisiert werden
- Aufbauen und Pflegen von starken Beziehungen zu lokalen internen und externen Interessensgruppen. Entwicklung eines tiefergehenden Verständnisses für deren Bedürfnisse, Erwartungen und Anliegen
- Sicherstellung, dass alle erforderlichen Dokumente ordnungsgemäß organisiert und über das Protokollierungstool (RAVEN) an Spieltagen zugänglich sind
- Unterstützung desProjektteams der Host City bei der täglichen Berichterstattung über das Event Reporting Tool (ERT)
- Starke mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Deutsch und Englisch), um Informationen und Anweisungen effektiv an verschiedene Interessengruppen zu vermitteln.

EURO 2024 GmbH und die zehn Host Cities haben sich darauf geeinigt, während der Spieltage einen Liaison Officer des Turnierveranstalters (EURO 2024 GmbH) im Host City Operation Centre (HCOC) einzusetzen.Der Liaison Officer des HCOC (HC LNO) fungiert als Schnittstelle und gewährleistet eine reibungslose und effiziente Kommunikation zwischen dem HCOC und dem Venue Coordination Centre (VCC) im EURO 2024-Stadion (Veranstaltungsort) sowie dem Tournament Operation Centre in Frankfurt (TOC FFM).
