- Design product campaigns (new product launches, seasonal promos, etc), customize and execute according to the needs of each EU country. Will have a general sales KPI and one for each channel/ country.
- Work together with Vesync's sales team, distributors, and retailers to create sell-in, sell through and sell out strategies when needed.
- Content management. When there is pre-existing content originating in the USA or China, customize for the local EU markets.///Coordinate the creation of local recipes, to produce local content such as recipe booklet, pictures, and videos for social media. /// Select the images and KSPs of our products, for all channels/countries where they will sell; including Amazon listings, retailer shops, etc.
- Coordinate the translation of materials to the top languages of Europe (should build a pool of translators for all languages).
- Act as a project manager for new launches.
- University Degree in Marketing.
- 100% written and oral English and German. Additional European languages will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in Marketing for an established brand.
- Able to design multi-channel integrated marketing communications strategies, leveraging paid and owned channels such as website, brand app, social media, in-store marketing, etc, to achieve maximum campaign impact.
- Passionate about cooking
- Experience analyzing campaign results and real business impact (ROI) and drafting strong recap/learnings reports.
- Experience in briefing and working with PR, influencer management, and Digital and Media agencies.
- Be able to work with a multicultural team.
- Flexibility to have meetings at night or very early in the morning, to match China's or USA's time zone.
- Flexibility to travel within Europe when needed. Eventually China or the USA.
