    Ihre Herausforderungen

  • Sie verantworten die Sicherstellung der QM- Konforminität und Effektivität der R&D- Prozesse und des dazugehörigen QM-Systems
  • Sie unterstützen die Entwicklungsprojekte im Hinblick auf QM Anforderungen.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Implementierung von modernen Qualitätsmethoden und Verbesserungen im Bereich Entwicklung,Transfer neuer Produkte und Änderungsprojekten sowie für die Leitung von Qualitätsverbesserungsmaßnahmen.
  • Sie treiben Standardisierung und Harmonisierung im Bereich QM R&D voran.
  • Sie leiten den Risikomanagementprozes und -verfahren und verantworten die Bewertung von Produkt- und Prozessrisiken.
  • Sie stellen die Korrektheit der technischen Dokumentation sicher.
  • Sie begleiten die Einführung und Verbesserung der Qualitätsmanagementsysteme (gem. ISO 9001, 13485, GMP usw.).
  • Sie planen und führen Verbesserungsprojekte im Bereich QM R&D durch.

    • Ihre Expertise

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Naturwissenschaften oder Ingenieurwesen.
  • Sie können auf mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement sowie mit internen und externen Anforderungen, Regularien und Standards zurückgreifen.
  • Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Design Control, Quality Engineering und Risk Management-Prinzipien.
  • Sie verfügen über eine effektive und motivierende zwischenmenschliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Sie konnten bereits Erfahrung in Matrix-Organisationen und in einem internationalen Umfeld sammeln.
  • Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse von Prozessen und Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Überwachung von Projekten.
  • Sie bringen Grundwissen in JiraConfluence und Product Life Cycle Tools, wie Teamcenter mit.
  • Sie verfügen über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
