    *Das erwartet Dich*
    * Du berätst unsere national und international tätigen Mandant\*innen in diversen Projekten in unterschiedlichen Branchen im Bereich des finanziellen sowie nicht-finanziellen Berichtswesen.
    * Dabei steuerst und leitest du Beratungsprojekte, die Unternehmen dabei unterstützen ihre Compliance Anforderungen zu erfüllen. Lieferst die notwendige Transparenz zur Steuerung der finanziellen und nicht-finanziellen Performance und unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Implementierung von Nachhaltigkeitsberichten
    * Zukunftsweisende Lösungen für nationale und internationale Industrie-, Handels- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen werden von dir entwickelt und du ermöglichst den Einsatz neuer technologischer Lösungen wie Workiva und SAP Analytics Cloud.
    * Als Teil unseres Teams erhälst du hohe Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten und kannst deine Expertenstellung im Bereich Integrated Reporting und Performance Management natrional und international weiter ausbauen.
    * Du arbeitest intensiv mit den Expert\*innen des Mazars Netzwerks im internationalen Umfeld zusammen.
    * In angrenzenden Themenbereichen bildest du dich gerne weiter und möchtest auch andere Beratungsfelder kennenlernen.

    *Das bringst Du mit*
    * Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eines thematisch verwandten Studiengangs
    * Mindestens Fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Industrie oder Beratung und Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sowie erste Führungserfahrung
    * Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Berichterstattungsprozessen (ESG) mit Hilfe von einschlägigen Disclosure Management Systemen wie Workiva oder SAP, Kenntnisse von Berichtsstrukturen und -Inhalten
    * Begeisterung für die Herausforderungen und fachlichen Fragestellungen des CFO –Bereichs sowie für Kommunikation und Präsentation vor Top-Management auf Deutsch und Englisch
    * Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie gutes Organisationsgeschick
