- Solution Design: Architect and design innovative Dynamics 365 solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Implementation: Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 projects, including configuration, customisation, and integration with other systems.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 projects.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Customization and Configuration: Customise and configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet specific business needs.
- Integration: Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other business applications and data sources.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimise system performance, ensuring that Dynamics 365 solutions are efficient and scalable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Architect, with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Proficiency in customisation and configuration of Dynamics 365, including using tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies are highly desirable.
- You MUST speak fluent German and basic English for this opportunity.
