Deine Aufgaben

Für unser Team DACH suchen wir eine:nWerkstudent:in (mind.20h/Woche) oder Intern (40h/Woche) M,W,D im Bereich Real Estate ESG

Du unterstützt das Team DACH in sämtlichen Belangen und wirst Bestandteil unseres Commercial Teams. Wir agieren in einem breiten Spektrum Sales: Real Estate bis ESG.
Von CO2 Analysen über Risikoanalysen und Maßnahmen-Planung: namhafte Immobilienbesitzer, die wirklich nachhaltig werden wollen, arbeiten mit unserer Plattform und Du bist mittendrin dabei.
Wir präsentieren unsere Lösung auf zahlreichen Events und in individuellen Meetings. Du hilfst bei der Pflege unseres CRM-Systems und der Organisation unserer Präsentationen in deutscher Sprache bei Fonds- und Assetmanagern.
In der Vor-Vertragsphase wirkst Du an der reibungslosen Abwicklung von Tests mit und unterstützt bei der Dokumentation Anforderungen unserer Kunden. Gleichzeitig lernst Du den Sales Prozess für SaaS Produkte Schritt für Schritt kennen.
Wenn Du bei uns das Thema findest, für das Du brennst, unterstützen wir Dich gerne bei Deiner Bachelor- oder Masterarbeit.

Unterstützung des Internationalen Vertriebsteams. Bei Praktikumsverlängerung, kannst du an einem Rotationsprogramm im Commercial Team teinehmen und erhältst Einblicke in die Teams für Sales Development und Solution Design.

Unterstützung des Salesteams bei der Verwaltung von Verkaufsaktivitäten und der Koordination von Verkaufsgesprächen.
Entwicklung und Organisation von Präsentationsmaterialien, einschließlich Folien und anderer relevanter Ressourcen. Erstellung von Folien und ergänzenden Materialien für das Salesteam, um effektiv auf Kundenanfragen einzugehen und Produktmerkmale zu präsentieren.
Teilnahme an Verkaufsgesprächen und -sitzungen, Erlernen von Verkaufstechniken, Identifizierung von Kundenschwachstellen und Mitschrift für die Erstellung maßgeschneiderter Angebote.
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung individueller Angebote für potenzielle Kunden, die auf deren Bedürfnissen und Anforderungen eingehen.
Unterstützung während des Angebots-Prozesses durch das Erlernen der Unternehmensprodukte, die Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen.
Beherrschung des CRM-Systems, Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Verfolgung und Überwachung des Verkaufsfortschritts und Pflege aktueller Aufzeichnungen über Verkaufsaktivitäten und Kundendetails. Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von E-Mails an Interessenten, Terminplanung und Organisation von Pitch-Tagen, um eine Koordination zwischen allen relevanten Stakeholdern zu gewährleisten.

Dein Profil

Spaß in einem durch-und durch internationalem Team aber im deutschsprachigen Markt, deswegen: Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
Mindestens im Master-Studium / Ende Bachelor Studiengang mit Fachrichtung (Real Estate / Immobilien, ESG oder Sustainability), gerne bereits mit Arbeitserfahrung
Analytisches Denken und schnelle Auffassungsgabe im Umgang mit digitalen Lösungen
Sicherer Umgang mit PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Spaß an der Visualisierung komplexer Zusammenhänge
