- Du verantwortest als Fixed Account Manager Manufacturing & Electronics (m/w/d) den Vertrieb von beratungsintensiven Festnetz-, Cloud & Security Lösungen an Key Accounts im Bereich Manufacturing & Electronics.
- Du bist zuständig für die umfassende Betreuung des Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem jeweiligen Key Account Manager (KAM) sowie Global Account Manager (GAM) die auf dem Kunden allokiert sind.
- Du entwickelst kundenspezifische Accountpläne unter Berücksichtigung des lösungsgeschäftsrelevanten Kundenpotenzials mit.
- Du analysierst die Kunden und qualifizierst Kundenkontakte.
- Du übernimmst die Analyse und Akquisition des Neukundenpotentials und die Ausschöpfung des vorhandenen Kundenpotentials sowie die Reduktion der Kündigungsrate.
- Du führst umfassende und ganzheitliche Bedarfsanalysen auf Basis detaillierter Prozesskosten- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen beim Kunden durch.
- Vorzugsweise ein Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder anderen relevanten Bereichen
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Key Account Management von multinationalen Unternehmen, vorzugsweise im Lösungsvertrieb
- Erfahrung in der Ermittlung von Kundenanforderungen und der Entwicklung kreativer und innovativer kundenorientierter Lösungen in einem internationalen Kontext
- Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und im Betrieb nationaler und internationaler Datenanwendungen, vorzugsweise mit einem technischen Vertriebshintergrund
- Gutes Verständnis von Finanzkonzepten, IT&T-Umgebungen, Einkaufspraktiken und branchenspezifischen Aspekten von Firmenkunden
- Verhandlungssichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (C1 nach GER)
