- Actively act as a driver and working model for the department to continuously improve and maintain the current tool
- Act as a driving force and model for harmonisation with other Airbus programmes, such as Wide Body
- Support the Head of Business Management by monitoring, collecting data and proposing data analyses
- Support the Head of Portfolio Management by preparing the Portfolio Steering Committee
- Contributing to the further development of the business management toolset such as Google Sheets
- Creating transparency regarding costs and project status
- Supporting the department in risk and opportunity management
Requirements
- Completed studies in industrial engineering or economics
- Several years of professional experience in change management, controlling and project management, including resource and financial planning/management
- Sound knowledge of risk management and stakeholder management
- Expertise in big data management is an advantage
- IT user knowledge in Python and Google Workspace
- Business fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
- Existing work permit for the EU
