- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Projekten im Bereich Digital Factory inkl. Dokumentation abgeschlossener Projekte
- Bindeglied zwischen den verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen (wie z.B. global IS Team, Produktion/Shopfloor, Prozesstechnik, Management)
- Problemlösung im Tagesgeschäft
- Dokumentation der Systemlandschaften und Datenflüsse in Operations inkl. Erstellung von Trainingsunterlagen
- Durchführung von Key User & User Trainings
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Aufrüstung digitaler Tools, um Mehrwert für das Unternehmen zu schaffen
- Aufrechterhaltung einer soliden Präsenz in der Werkstatt / in einem Produktionsumfeld
- Anwendung von TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) Tools und Methodik
- Abgeschlossenes Studium z.B. Maschinenbau, Prozesstechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in industriellen Produktionsbetrieben und Bereitschaft auf dem Shopfloor Hands-on Verbesserungen durchzuführen
- IT-Affinität und umfangreiche PC- und Datenbank Kenntnisse (SQL)
- Bereitschaft, sich in komplexe Unternehmensprozesse & Systeme einzuarbeiten
- Erfahrung in MES/ERP-Systemen (z. B. Hydra; SAP) sowie Kenntnisse gängiger Schnittstellen (z. B. OPCUA, IoT) wären von Vorteil.
- Kenntnisse bei der Datenaufbereitung und Visualisierung (z.B. mit Tableau)
