- Du leitest aller Bauarbeiten vor Ort in Abstimmung mit dem Zeitplan für die Projektabwicklung. Eine kosteneffiziente Ausführung der Projektleistungen in Übereinstimmung mit den Vertragsspezifikationen, Qualitätsstandards, und die Gewährleistung der Sicherheitsanforderungen, sind dabei die obersten Ziele
- Du planst und koordinierst alle Bau/ Hoch- und Tiefbauarbeiten
- Du unterstützt während der Vertragsverhandlungen bei spezifischen, technischen und betrieblichen Anforderungen an die Nachunternehmerverträge
- Du bist für die Organisation und Leitung des Bauteams für die Hoch- und Tiefbauarbeiten auf der Baustelle zuständig
- Du kontrollierst die Liste offener Punkte nach Bauabschluss und managst den Wissenstransfer an die Abteilungen
- Teilnahme und/oder Leitung von Baustellenbesprechungen zum Hoch- und Tiefbau bei Bedarf mit dem Kunden, den Nachunternehmern und den Hitachi Energy Kollegen

- Du hast ein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, oder einem verwandten Bereich

- Du bist Erfahrung in industriellen Projekten mit, im Energiesektor von Vorteil
- Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und bist sehr kommunikativ
- Flexibilität und Aufgeschlossenheit sind wichtige Eigenschaften, um in dieser Position erfolgreich zu sein
- Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
- Bereitschaft vor Ort auf der Baustelle zu arbeiten

Für das Projekt SuedLink DC4 suchen wir einen Civil Construction Manager zur Verstärkung unseres HVDC Construction and Commissioning Teams. Das Projekt besteht aus einer Höchstspannungs-Gleichstrom-Übertragungsverbindung (HVDC) zwischen Wilster in Schleswig Holstein und Bergrheinfeld in Bayern. Das Projekt stellt den effizienten Transport der Energie zwischen dem windigen Norden und dem sonnigen Süden sicher.
Als Civil Construction Manager am Standort Wilster, Schleswig Holstein, begleitest und managst Du die Bauaktivitäten im Hoch- und Tiefbau. Diese Aufgaben beginnen mit der Vorbereitung der Baustelle bis zur eigentlichen Installation der Hochspannungsausrüstung der HVDC-Konverter Station.
