- Working with human and mouse samples
- Preparation of tissue sections for histological analysis (including IHC, immunofluorescence, or 10x Xenium spatial transcriptomics)
- Various molecular biology methods (for example DNA/RNA isolation, library preparation, and sequencing on Illumina or Nanopore machines)
