- Minimum of 15 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Extensive knowledge of the German market, including a deep understanding of local regulatory frameworks, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and drive business growth through strategic relationship building and deal origination.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and German; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
