    Deine Aufgaben

    Als Service Desk Operator liegen deine Aufgaben in den Bereichen:

    • Übernahme des 1st Level Support sowie die Bearbeitung von Tickets für auftretende Problem- und Fragestellungen
    • Analyse und Dokumentation von Fehlersituationen und Bewertung für eine erfolgreiche Fehlerbehebung
    • Telefonische und kundenorientierte Beseitigung von Anwenderproblemen
    • Qualifizierung der Kundenanfragen für nachgelagerte Serviceteams
    • Zeitgerechtes Klassifizieren der Tickets
    • Entgegennahme der Anrufe innerhalb unserer Service-Hotline
    • Nachverfolgung des Ticketworkflows vom Eingang bis zum Abschluss

    Dein Profil

    Die Qualifikationen und Kenntnisse bringst Du idealerweise schon mit:

    • Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbar
    • Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Support, Anwenderbetreuung in der Windowsumgebung (wünschenswert)
    • Bereitschaft Schichtsystem 24|7 (Früh, Spät, Nacht)
    • Grundkenntnisse Netzwerk (LAN/WAN/WLAN) Grundkenntnisse Office / Workplace
    • Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
    • Bereitschaft zu internen Weiterbildungen
    • Projektgeschäft & kurzzeitige Geschäftsreisen
    • Führerschein Klasse B
    • SÜ2 Bereitschaft (Sicherheitsüberprüfung)
