- Being the central point of contact for all student and staff enquiries related to examinations and assessments, and academic related registry enquiries, and academic progression.
- Liaising with various offices in partner institutions
- Contributing to partnership meetings, validation and approval events dependent on requirement.
- To track student academic progress, and flag students who may be experiencing difficulties, need intervention, or to be forwarded to a withdrawal board due to lack of academic progress.
- Dealing with individual student cases that require escalation or differ from the usual regulations.
- Preparing moderation for partner institutions.
- Preparing for and partaking in Examination Boards with Partner Institutions
- Overseeing the general running of the Examinations and Assessments department, including but not limited to
- Organising certification with partner institutions.
- Ensuring that all deadlines within the department are adhered to a strict calendar is followed, ensuring fairness and academic quality across all tasks and processes within the department.
- Bachelor degree & Master in the domain of business, management, law, or education
- Previous work experience in an academically focused position.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are both a must in this position due to the volume and importance of data handled daily.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deal effectively with university faculty, students, administrators, and staff, as well as various outside organizations and agencies in enforcing key University academic policies.
- Fluency in English
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office, particularly Excel)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- The ability to work independently, whilst still following a strict set of regulations.
