- Verantwortung für die exportkontrollrechtliche Bearbeitung der operativen Vorgänge in der zugeordneten Region
- Fachliche Unterstützung der operativen Einheiten im Tagesgeschäft
- Überprüfung und Freigaben von SAP-GTS-Transaktionen für die zugeordnete Region
- Unterstützung der zugeordneten operativen Einheiten in Fragen der Exportkontrolle
- Beantragung, administrative Verwaltung und Prüfung bzw. Überwachung bestehender Exportlizenzen und Ausfuhrgenehmigungen
- Stammdatenpflege in SAP GTS
- Überwachung der konzernweiten Exportkontroll-Richtlinien und -Standards
- Unterstützung des Regional Export Control Managers Europe bei der Überwachung und Umsetzung von Änderungen im Ausfuhrrecht und bei der Kommunikation mit Behörden sowie bei Außenwirtschaftsprüfungen und Offenlegungen
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Schulungs- und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung bei risikobasierten internen Exportkontroll-Audits
- Ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder juristisches Studium oder eine entsprechende, über mehrjährige Praxis und adäquate Weiterbildung erworbene fachliche Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige, erfolgreiche Praxiserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion im Bereich Außenhandel/Exportkontrolle in einem Industrie- oder Beratungsunternehmen
- Fachkompetenz auf dem Gebiet des deutschen, europäischen und internationalen (einschließlich US-amerikanischen) Exportkontrollrechts
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP / SAP GTS
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie internationale Reisebereitschaft
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und Organisationstalent
- Erfahrungen im Arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld
