- Abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium im Ingenieurswesen, Schwerpunkt Produktion
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und Prozessoptimierung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse KAIZEN/CIP/5S
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und analytischem Denkvermögen
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Englisch B2 Level in Wort und Schrift
