Die richtige Ansprache dieser Talente ist bedeutender denn je und ist somit eine unserer obersten Prioritäten. Wir suchen Dich als Schlüsselfigur in diesem Bereich am Standort Berlin.

    Aufgabengebiet

    • Als Candidate Consultant bist Du für die Identifikation, die Ansprache und die erste Kontaktaufnahme passender Kandidat:innen für die Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zuständig.
    • Du überblickst dafür den internen Kandidat:innen- und Mitarbeiter:innen-Pool sowie die gängigen externen Bewerberdatenbanken und sozialen Netzwerke.
    • In telefonischen Interviews begeisterst Du die Kandidat:innen für den Einsatz und die Auftraggeber:innen.
    • Durch die Spezialisierung auf einen Fachbereich, entwickelst Du Dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum/r Marktexperten:in.
    • Du fungierst dabei als Schnittstelle zwischen Bewerber:innen, Sales Consultants sowie externen Mitarbeiter:innen sowie Temp Operations und bist Teil der deutschlandweiten Candidate Consultant-Community.
    • Du betreust die externen Mitarbeiter:innen während des Einsatzes.
    • Du arbeitest eng und in direkter Berichtslinie an das lokale Management.

    Anforderungsprofil

    • Du bringst intrinsische Motivation, Durchhaltevermögen, Begeisterung und Leidenschaft für den Job im Recruiting mit
    • Hands-on Persönlichkeit mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Kundenzufriedenheit und Erfolg.
    • Idealerweise bringst Du bereits erste Erfahrung im Active Sourcing und/oder Recruiting mit.
    • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung, sowie fließende Deutsch- und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse.
    • Lösungsorientierung bestimmt dabei Deine gesamte Arbeitsweise - Deine positive Lebenseinstellung unterstützt Dich dabei, Herausforderungen zu meistern und Dich weiterzuentwickeln.
    • Es macht Dir Spaß Herausforderungen zu meistern und im Team gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen.
