    • Du verantwortest vollständig die Einlösung unserer Erlebnisgutscheine und die Buchung der entsprechenden Erlebnistermine. Diese Schritte entscheiden maßgeblich über die Zufriedenheit unserer KundInnen und stehen daher bei uns im Mittelpunkt.
    • Unser Erlebnisportfolio erstreckt sich über 4500 PartnerInnen mit einer gut fünfstelligen Zahl von unterschiedlichen Erlebnissen. Genau darin besteht die Herausforderung, die Gutscheineinlösung perfekt umzusetzen.
    • Deine Rolle ist cross-funktional angelegt, d.h. umfasst Data Science, Produkt Management, Kunden-UI/UX und das entsprechende IT-Backoffice inklusive Schnittstellen mit der entsprechenden Personalverantwortung und Teamführung.
    • Deine Ziele umfassen nicht nur den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung einer reibungslosen Einlösung, sondern auch die Verantwortung für den Ausbau von zufriedenen BestandskundInnen und das Cross- bzw. Upselling.
    • Du berichtest in deiner Rolle direkt an den CEO und stimmst dich eng mit den anderen DirektorInnen in den Bereichen Sales, Kunden- und Produkt-/Partnermanagement ab.
    Qualifikationen
    • Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit sehr guten Leistungen abgeschlossen.
    • Du verfügst über mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in einer führenden Unternehmensberatung, auf dem C-Level eines eCommerce-Startups oder einem vergleichbar anspruchsvollem Umfeld mit nachweislich herausragendem Erfolg.
    • Du arbeitest grundsätzlich analytisch und strukturiert, entwickelst gerne Lösungen, die von KundInnen ausgehen und "end2end" durchdacht sind.
    • Du lebst einen pragmatischen "hands-on" Ansatz und bist mit agiler IT-Entwicklung von modernen Webanwendungen und Data Science/AI im konkreten Produktkontext vertraut.
    • Du verfügst über relevante Führungserfahrung, bist ein echter Teamplayer und gute(r) KommunikatorIn und weißt, wie man MitarbeiterInnen begeistert und weiterentwickelt.
    • Du bist hoch motiviert, etwas Eigenes aufzubauen und zum Erfolg zu bringen, auch wenn es Hürden zu überwinden gilt.
