    Stellenbeschreibung

    Die innerhalb der Bewegtbild-Platform angesiedelte TV-Implementation erarbeitet auf der Basis der Verträge mit unseren Kunden individuelle kommerzielle TV-Planungsansätze und übersetzt diese in konkrete Handlungsanweisungen für TV-Kampagnen. Die Ausrichtung der TV-Planung und TV-Einkaufs auf Kundenebene ist unterjährig zielgerichtet zu tracken und zu steuern, so dass alle vereinbarten TV-Jahres-KPI ("Garantie") erreicht werden. Hierüber ist regelmäßig ein Status zu erstellen und intern Stakeholdern/Executives zu präsentieren. Die Position berichtet an den Managing Partner TV/Video.

    Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung eines wachsenden Teams aus TV-Implementation Managern unterschiedlicher Karrierelevel und Muttersprache, die Kommunikation im Team ist daher primär auf Englisch
  • Enge Kollaboration mit den verantwortlichen Kunden Planungs-TV/Video-Direktoren und ihrer Mitarbeitenden sowie dem internen All-Media-Value Management
  • Übersetzung des TV-Vertragswerks in ein operatives TV-KPI-Zielgerüst
  • Monatliches Tracking des TV-KPI-Zielgerüstes durch Analyse des TV-Einkaufs und Erstellung eines KPI-Garantie-Statusberichts
  • Erarbeitung von optimalen Kampagnenszenarien im Sinne der Kostengarantie
  • Analyse und Steuerung des Flächenbedarfs sowie der inflationsbedingten Risiken in Abstimmung mit dem strategischen Einkauf; Teilnahme an entsprechenden internen Freigabe- und Abstimmungsprozessen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen für die Kommunikation mit internen senioren Stakeholdern/Geschäftsführenden
  • Inhaltliche Unterstützung bei Pitches und bei Vertragsbewertungen
  • Erstellung von Personalplanungen auf Basis laufender Analysen von Kapazitätserfordernissen
  • Führen von Motivations- und Feedbackgesprächen mit den eigenen Mitarbeitenden
  • Perspektivisch inhaltliche Erweiterung auf Bewegtbild-Garantien

    • Qualifikationen

  • Führungswillige Persönlichkeit mit exzellenten TV-Fachkenntnissen im Hinblick auf die Steuerung von TV-KPI und deren Wechselwirkung
  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in der TV-Mediaplanung, TV-Investmentsteuerung, TV-Einkauf und/oder TV-Auditing/Controlling für Kunden mit Schwerpunkt linearem TV
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und mathematische Kenntnisse; hohe intrinsische Motivation im Umgang mit Zahlen
  • Kenntnisse der notwendigen deutschen Datenlandschaft TV, perspektivisch für digitales Video
  • Sehr gute Anwendungskenntnisse bei Excel und PowerPoint
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden Teams, ggfs. auch bereichsübergreifend
  • Konversationssicheres Englisch, da ggfs. Kommunikation in globale Teams notwendig ist
  • Präsentationserfahrung in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Leadership Skills, Growth Mindset
  • Bereitschaft, hybrid d. h. im Mobile Office sowie im Office zu arbeiten
