    Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Realisierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung innovativer Plattformen für KI-Services zusammen mit interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Du übernimmst das Management, die Überwachung und das Training von KI-Applikationen sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der KI-Anwendungen und -Modelle
  • Du verantwortest die Beratung und das Training der Fachbereiche sowie die Förderung des Verständnisses für KI-Anwendungen
  • Die beobachtest Markttrends und technologischen Entwicklungen im Bereich KI, um aktuelle und zukunftsfähige Lösungen entwickeln zu können
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Sicherstellung von Datenschutz/Compliance

    • Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst ein solides Verständnis von maschinellem Lernen, Deep Learning, natürlicher Sprachverarbeitung (NLP) und Generative AI sowie deren praktische Anwendung mit
  • Du kannst auf praktische Erfahrung in der Realisierung von KI-Projekten –insbesondere mit generativer KI zurückgreifen
  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Cloud, idealerweise mit MS Azure sowie in der Entwicklung und Bereitstellung von KI-Modellen in Cloud-Umgebungen sammeln
  • Du hast eine Affinität zu technologischen Entwicklungen und Neuheiten
  • Deine hohe Motivationsfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft, Veränderungen aktiv zu gestalten und zu begleiten sowie eine "Hands-on"-Mentalität" zeichnen dich aus
  • Du bist ein empathischer Netzwerker und kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer
  • Dein ausgeprägtes, konzeptionelles Denkvermögen und strukturiertes Vorgehen zählen zu Deinen klaren Stärken
