- Übernahme von Marketingkampagnen für ausgewählte Produkt- und Themenfelder sowie Vertriebskanäle - von der Konzeption, über die Kommunikationsplanung bis hin zur Umsetzung und Steuerung der Aktivitäten in den verschiedenen Kommunikationskanälen, einschließlich der engen Zusammenarbeit mit dem zuständigen Produktmanagement sowie dem Vertrieb und weiteren relevanten Schnittstellen.
- Orientierung an einem ganzheitlichen Kundenerlebnis mit stetigem Blick auf die relevanten Markenwerte im Hinblick auf Kreation und User Experience im B2B Umfeld, abgestimmt auf die jeweiligen länderspezifischen Anforderungen.
- Aufbau und Pflege eines internen und externen Netzwerks zu relevanten Ansprechpartnern und Dienstleistern.
- Konsolidierung und Aufbereitung von Ergebnissen zur Präsentation in verschiedenen nationalen und internationalen Gremien.
- Unterstützung diverser Fachbereiche bei allen Fragen zur Marketingkommunikation
- Marketing Allrounder (w/m/d) mit großer Erfahrung im Multi-Channel Marketing im internationalen Umfeld, weitere Erfahrungen im Digitalen Marketing und/oder e-commerce-Marketing von Vorteil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Marketingkommunikation, Weiterbildung als Betriebswirt/in für Marketingkommunikation oder eine vergleichbare im Studium erworbene Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarem Aufgabenfeld in einem international agierenden Unternehmen im B2B Umfeld
- Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Selbstmotivation und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamisch geprägtem Unternehmen erfolgreich zu agieren
- Ergebnisorientiere und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, kundenorientiere und überzeugende Fähigkeiten

- Sehr gutes Text- und Sprachgefühl
- Erfahrungen mit Dynamics 365 und C4 Hana wünschenswert
