- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Facharbeiter in Logistik, Industriekaufmann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fachliche Expertise im Betreiben, Analysieren und Optimieren von Logistik-Prozessen, inklusive Wareneingang, Einlagerung, Kommissionierung, Verpackungen und Verpackungs-Einrichtungen, Versand sowie automatischer Lagersysteme
- Methodenkompetenz in der Ableitung von KPIs und aktiver Steuerung mit Kennzahlen, eigenständige Planung und Umsetzung von KVP-Themen sowie Optimierung des Produktionsflusses
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten für effektive Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit anderen Bereichen
- Problemlösungskompetenz zur schnellen Identifikation von Problemen und Entwicklung sowie Umsetzung von Lösungen
- Hoher Anspruch an Qualität und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards
- Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit
- Flexibilität und Fähigkeit zur schnellen Anpassung an sich ändernde Anforderungen und Situationen Erwartungen und Aufgaben
