- Übernahme der gesamten Betriebsleitung einer Topgolf-Anlage in Oberhausen während Mutterschutz/Elternzeit (300 Mitarbeiter; – Gäste pro Woche)
- Verantwortung für die Gesamtperformance des Standortes, einschließlich Tagesgeschäft, Marketing, Vertriebsaktivitäten, Personalmanagement, Küche und Technik
- Gastgeberrolle wahrnehmen und für das Wohlbefinden der Gäste sorgen
- Sicherstellung der Topgolf Mission einer herausragenden Gäste-/Mitarbeiterexperience
- Vollumfängliche Verantwortung für finanzielle Ziele, insbesondere Profitabilität
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Interpretation der wichtigsten Betriebskennzahlen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem COO zur Vorbereitung neuer Anlagen in der Pre-Opening-Phase innerhalb der DACHI Region
- Entwicklung und Steuerung von Projekten in verschiedenen Abteilungen, um die Unternehmensziele effizient zu erreichen
- Unterstützende Instanz für alle Standortleiter und Abteilungsleiter in sämtlichen Bereichen im Bereich «Operations»
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe in operativen Abläufen
- Fähigkeit und vor allem Empathie, eine schnelle menschliche Bindung zu verschiedenen Führungspersönlichkeiten aufzubauen
- Stark ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Leitung großer operativer Teams von über 100 Mitarbeitern
- Über 5 Jahre nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz, vorzugsweise in der Systemgastronomie
- Erfahrung in der Analyse von P&L, Budget-Forecasting, EBITDA
- Disziplin, Durchhaltevermögen, Eigenverantwortung und Sinn für Humor
- Fließende Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
- Bereitschaft, aktiv in den operativen Abläufen mitzuarbeiten, wenn nötig
- Grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft
