- Gewährleistung der zeitnahen Erstellung exakter Finanzberichte und Dashboards
- Erstellung von Budgets in ERP- und Konsolidierungstools im Einklang mit den strategischen Zielen
- Vorantreiben der Harmonisierung und Modernisierung von Tools, Methoden und Prozessen
- Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung neuer finanzieller Funktionen
- Umsetzung von Kostenkontrollmaßnahmen für die budgettreue und verantwortungsvolle Ressourcenallokation
- Koordination und Leitung des Controllings der Unternehmenszentrale
- Sicherstellung einer guten Zusammenarbeit zwischen den zentralen Teams und den dezentralen Finanzeinheiten weltweit
- Gewährleistung der nahtlosen Integration von finanziellen Kontrollen sowie der globalen Berichterstattung
- Koordination von Ad-hoc-Finanzanalysen und Projekten auf Anfrage des CFO oder der Funktionsleitungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Diplom-Kaufmann/Diplom-Kauffrau oder Masterabschluss) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Finanzmanagement, Controlling oder einer ähnlichen Rolle in einer internationalen Organisation, idealerweise unter Anwendung globaler Standards
- Nachgewiesene Führungsqualitäten mit der Fähigkeit zur Leitung und Förderung eines hochfunktionalen, ambitionierten Teams
- Hervorragende Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in einem interdisziplinären und multikulturellen Umfeld auf höchster Ebene
- Strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, finanzielle Innovationen und Verbesserungen auf internationaler Ebene voranzutreiben
- Kompetenz in Finanzsoftware und ERP-Systemen
- Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr guter Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
