- Develop and implement operations strategy in alignment with various overall business objectives
- Work closely with various stakeholders to identify business needs and develop and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain best practices in operations strategy, leveraging industry knowledge and trends
- Conduct detailed analysis of operations to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations to management
- Lead and support cross-functional teams in the implementation of process improvements and operational changes
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that operations strategy is aligned with other business strategies
- Provide training and support to employees on operations strategy, including best practices and tools
- Manage and monitor operations strategy initiatives to ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Master's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-7 years of experience in operations strategy, ideally in a consultancy or advisory role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in conducting operations analysis and developing actionable recommendations
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
- Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
