    • You inspire your team to excel with passion and enthusiasm, driving them towards common objectives with focus and motivation; actively fulfilling your role as a team leader and fostering collaboration across teams
    • You establish clear goals and KPIs for your team, ensuring effective CRM pipeline management and operational excellence in sales processes
    • You nurture relationships with key strategic partners, monitor daily interactions, and seek opportunities to deepen these partnerships
    • You uncover new business prospects with assigned customers and nurture them effectively
    • You collaborate with clients to identify how the XENON platform can enhance their business strategies significantly
    • You cultivate trust with clients by understanding their goals, challenges, and initiatives
    • You deliver compelling presentations to executives, highlighting opportunities, product solutions, and business rationale to drive investment decisions
    • You lead contract negotiations with clients to create substantial business value

    This is how you and your application stand out

    • You possess years of experience in strategic customer-facing roles such as Senior Account Executive, Business Development Manager, or Senior Consultant, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity
    • You have extensive experience in sales, particularly in cloud and enterprise SaaS product market development
    • You are comfortable engaging with executives and business partners at C-level and management levels
    • You demonstrate independent drive and a willingness to work across different roles
    • Your strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and solution-oriented mindset set you apart
    • You have a valuable network, especially in traditional industries transitioning to digitalization
    • You are open to travel and eager to represent gridX at industry events and conferences
    • You are proficient in German and English
