    Überblick über den Bereich Business Development & Strategic Analysis

    Als Trainee im Bereich Business Development, Analyse und Reporting spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der strategischen Ausrichtung der First Data GmbH im nationalen und internationalen Zahlungssystem.

    Sie arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen, um strategische Möglichkeiten im Markt und der Paymentindustrie zu erkennen und umzusetzen. Dabei liegt Ihr Fokus auf der Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmenspositionierung und der Analyse wirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen, während Sie die Bedürfnisse verschiedener Marken im Blick behalten.

    Als Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung und verschiedenen Fachbereichen agieren Sie als zentrale Anlaufstelle für Analysen und Datenbewertungen. Durch einen regelmäßigen Austausch mit dem Geschäftsführer und anderen Abteilungen wie Finanzen, Business Development und Marketing tragen Sie maßgeblich zur strategischen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens bei.

    Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei strategischen Entscheidungen
  • Analyse des Marktes, der Kunden und Produkte
  • Erstellung von Reports und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Koordination von Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmenspositionierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Sonstige unterstützende Tätigkeiten in der Abteilung beim Tagesgeschäft

    • Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ähnliche Fachrichtung
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen in Form von Praktika oder erste Berufserfahrung im entsprechenden Fachbereich sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denken
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Spaß an der Arbeit im internationalen Umfeld sowie interkulturellem Austausch unter Kollegen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
