- Unterstützung bei der Einholung der Zustimmung des Vorstands der FME zu Corporate-Housekeeping-Angelegenheiten
- Unterstützung der Inhouse-Juristen in den Regionen EMEA, LA und AP
- Unterstützung der Tochtergesellschaften und der Geschäftseinheiten
- Kommunikation mit Tochtergesellschaften, Anwaltskanzleien, Notaren, Behörden, Gerichten und Beratern
- Entwurf und Überprüfung von Rechtsdokumenten, insbesondere in Bezug auf Corporate Housekeeping-Angelegenheiten
- Verwaltung der Datenbank der Konzerngesellschaften
- Mitwirkung bei Sonderprojekten
- Erforderliche Ausbildung: Rechtsfachwirt, Wirtschaftsjurist
- Mindestens 2 - 4 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Anwaltskanzlei eines international tätigen Unternehmens oder in einer internationalen Anwaltskanzlei
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Termintreue
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Gesellschaftsrecht
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere MS Word, Excel und PowerPoint
- Offen für 2-3 Präsenztage im Bad Homburger Headquarter pro Woche
