- Unterstützung der Inhouse Anwälte in den Regionen, AP, LA und EMEA
- Rechtliche Unterstützung der Tochtergesellschaften weltweit sowie der Operativen Einheiten
- Eigenständige Korrespondenz mit Tochtergesellschaften, Rechtsanwaltskanzleien, Notaren, Behörden, Gerichten und Konsulaten / Botschaften teilweise auch im Ausland
- Entwurf und Überarbeitung rechtlicher Dokumente, insbesondere betreffend gesellschaftsrechtliche Angelegenheiten
- Management der Beteiligungsdatenbank
- Einbindung in Sonderprojekte
- Erforderliche Ausbildung: Rechtsfachwirt, Wirtschaftsjurist
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Anwaltskanzlei eines international tätigen Unternehmens oder in einer internationalen Anwaltskanzlei
