- Terminierung von Außendienstterminen inkl. Reiseroutenplanung - Systematische und proaktive telefonische Kundenansprache im B2B-Bereich und Vereinbarung von Vor-Ort-/ und Online-Termine für unseren Vertriebsaußendienst (keine Privatpersonen, keine Akquise, kein Verkauf).
- Kommunikation und Kundenbeziehung - Professionelle Kommunikation am Telefon, um Kunden von den Vorteilen eines Außendienstbesuchs zu überzeugen. Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen durch freundliche und respektvolle Interaktionen.
- Datenpflege und Berichterstattung - Sorgfältige Erfassung und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten im ERP-System. Regelmäßige Berichterstattung über den Status der Terminierungsaktivitäten.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Außendienstmitarbeitern - Enge Abstimmung mit Außendienstmitarbeitern, um deren Terminkalender zu organisieren und sicherzustellen, dass sie gut vorbereitet sind.
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erste Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Bereich der Terminierung oder Kundenbetreuung ist von Vorteil.
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch und MS Excel sind wünschenswert.
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten - Hervorragende mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher Sprache. Überzeugungskraft am Telefon.
- Ihre ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit ermöglicht es Ihnen, Termine effizient zu planen und zu koordinieren.
- Bei der Datenerfassung legen Sie besonderen Wert auf Details.
- Sie sind teamfähig und bereit zur Zusammenarbeit mit Außendienstmitarbeitern sowie anderen Teammitgliedern.
- Selbstmotivation ist für Sie selbstverständlich. Sie arbeiten eigenständig und proaktiv, immer mit dem Ziel, Terminierungsziele zu erreichen.
