Zur Verstärkung Vertriebsteams für den Geschäftsbereich Coronary & RDN suchen wir derzeit eine*n engagierte*n und motivierte*n Kolleg*in für die Position des Sales Market Developer (m/w/d) – für die Region Süd.
Für unsere Kunden sind Sie der Ansprechpartner und Experte, wenn es um technologie-basierte Zusammenarbeit geht und unterstützen kompetent. Hierbei arbeiten Sie eng mit der Vertriebsmannschaft und anderen Abteilungen wie Tender & Pricing, Corporate Account Management und Customer Service zusammen.
Ein Tag im Leben
• Eigenverantwortlicher und direkter Vertrieb von ausgewählten Medizinprodukten an Bestands- sowie an neue Kunden - inklusive Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen
• Kontaktpflege mit verschiedenen Kundengruppen wie Krankenhäuser, Arztpraxen, fachliche Beratung und Betreuung der Entscheidungsträger in den Kliniken
• Proaktive Kundenbetreuung
• Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen als auch von Auftragsanalysen und Kundenverhalten
• Betreuung von KOLs und Unterstützung lokaler Marketingmaßnahmen und Events
• Teilnahme und Mitarbeit an Überregionalen Events und Kongressen
• Sicherstellung der Vertriebs- und Umsatzziele
Das ist uns wichtig
• 5-7 Jahren Vertriebs oder Field Marketing Erfahrung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft (circa 75%, tägliche Touren)
• Durchhaltevermögen und Erfahrung in Planung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsprojekten
• Spaß an Zusammenarbeit im Team und Fähigkeit sich in Teamstrukturen einzubringen
• Führerschein
