- Aktive Unterstützung des People Business Partner Teams im laufenden Tagesgeschäft
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung einzelner HR Prozesse entlang der Employee Journey, zum Beispiel Elternzeit, Probezeit, On- und Offboarding sowie Arbeits-/Aufenthaltsgenehmigungen
- Unterstützung bei verschiedenen HR Aktivitäten, zum Beispiel Vertragsvorbereitung, Promotions, vorbereitende Tätigkeiten für die Gehaltsabrechnung
- Koordination von Meetings, Bestellungen und teaminternen Angelegenheiten
- Bearbeitung des Postein- und -ausgangs
- Ad hoc Unterstützung bei HR Projekten, durch Zusammenstellung von Informationen oder Bearbeitung von Präsentationen
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen idealerweise im Rahmen einer Berufsausbildung oder ausvorangegangenen Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten im Bereich der operativen Personaladministration
- Laufendes Hochschulstudium mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Schwerpunkt
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket
- Selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise, schnelles Auffassungsvermögen
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und Lernbereitschaft
- Organisationsfähigkeit
- Du bist ab sofort verfügbar und bist an einer Werkstudententätigkeit (16-20h/Woche) oder einem Vollzeit-Praktikum für mindestens 6 Monate interessiert
