    **HR Business Partner, Germany (m/w/d)**

    Wir suchen einen HR Business Partner, Germany (m/w/d ), der unser Team in München verstärkt

    **Deine Aufgaben:**

    • Business Partner und Berater der Führungskräfte in HR Fragen
    • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Personalstrategie in der DACH-Region
    • Vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
    • Recruiting in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung EMEA-Talent Akquisition
    • Förderung eines positiven Arbeitsumfelds im Sinne einer hervorragenden Employee Experience
    • Optimierung von Prozessen rund um den Employee Life Cycle
    • Weiterentwicklung strategischer Themen wie Talent Attraction, Employer Branding, Talent Management und Leadership

    Anforderungen:

    • Hochschulabschluss, idealerweise im Bereich Human Resources
    • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Senior Business Partner inkl. Führungserfahrung in einem dynamischen, wachsenden Umfeld in einer Matrixorganisation
    • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten
    • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von HR-Strategien und -Initiativen
    • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten
    • Ziel- und lösungsorientiert ("Can Do"-Mentalität), analytische Denkweise
    • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
