- Unterstützung des AG Vorstandes und der Geschäftsleitung bei operativen, konzeptionellen und strategischen Aufgaben
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Recherche, Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten für die Entscheidungsfindung des Managements
- Übernahme von Sonderprojekten und selbstständige Koordination abteilungsübergreifender Projekte
- Durchführung administrativen und organisatorischer Aufgaben für die Unternehmensführung
- Schnittstelle für die Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Fachbereichen und zwischen den Standorten zur Optimierung wesentlicher internen Prozesse
- Allgemeine Office Management Aufgaben, wie z.B. Reisemanagement
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
- 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich mit Fokus auf Administration und Organisation
- Sehr gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Offene und positive Ausstrahlung bei einem gleichzeitig souveränen Auftreten, sowie Teamfähigkeit und interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Problemlösungskompetenz, Hands-on Mentalität, sowie eine strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Absolute Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit sowie Loyalität und Zuverlässigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Zur Kommunikation mit unseren chinesischen Kollegen sind Kenntnisse von Land und chinesischer Sprache von Vorteil
