    Das erwartet Dich

  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Entwicklung von Digital Services und Data-Produkten aus rechtlicher Sicht.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern (Rechtsabteilung, IT-Sicherheit, Produktmanagement usw.) zusammen, um rechtliche Risiken frühzeitig in der Produktentwicklungsphase zu erkennen, und entwickelst Lösungen für diese.
  • Du erstellst erste Entwürfe für relevante Rechtstexte wie Datenschutzhinweise, Datenschutzeinwilligungen, Interessenabwägungen, Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzungen, Transfer-Folgenabschätzungen usw. und unterstützt Fachleute bei der weiteren Dokumentation.
  • Du bist für die Formulierung rechtlicher Anforderungen an bestehende und neue technische Lösungen und Data-Produkte verantwortlich.
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Führungsrolle im Data Studio Berlin für das Legal Engineering Kernteam (Teamgröße von 3 bis 4 Kolleg:Innen).
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Budget-, Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung innerhalb Deiner Projekte.

    • Das bringst Du mit

  • Master-Abschluss in Jura oder einer verwandten Disziplin
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Fließend in Deutsch (C2-Niveau)
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse im Bereich des Datenschutzes (DSGVO)
  • Fließend in Englisch
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Leitung eines Teams
  • 5+ Jahre relevanter Berufserfahrung
