    Das erwartet Dich bei uns

    • Als "ITSM Process Manager (m/w/d)" bist du der Architekt der ITSM-Prozesse im Senger Competence Center für IT & Digital Solutions.
    • Du arbeitest daran, ein zentrales, konsistentes IT-Service-Portfolio aufzubauen, zu pflegen, zu berichten und zu optimieren.
    • Du fungierst als Verbindungsglied zwischen unseren IT-Dienstleistern und der internen IT, wobei du SLAs und OLAs abstimmt und sicherstellst.
    • Als Product Owner für das Jira Service Management bist du verantwortlich für die Wartung und Weiterentwicklung einer Applikations- und Hardware-Datenbank basierend auf Jira Assetmanagement.
    • Du leitest die Definition, Entwicklung und Erweiterung von ITIL-Praktiken und -Prozessen.
    • Du definierst und überwachst KPIs und berätst cross-funktionale Teams, unterstützt die Competence Center bei Fragen zum IT Service Management und entwickelst Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen im ITSM-Umfeld.
    • Die Behebung von prozessualen Fehlern oder Störungen liegt ebenfalls in deinem Verantwortungsbereich und als Stellvertreter des operativen Service Managers im Team koordinierst du unsere operativen Einheiten.

    Das bringst du mit

    • Ein erfolgreicher Abschluss einer technischen Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Telematik oder einem ähnlichen Bereich ist für uns Voraussetzung.
    • Du verfügst über mindestens 1 Jahr relevante Berufserfahrung in der Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Jira, Confluence und ITSM.
    • Erste Erfahrungen in der Skriptentwicklung und Datenverarbeitung (Jira Automation, REST, JavaScript, XML, SQL und ScriptRunner) bringst Du mit.
    • Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse im Datenaustausch zwischen IT-Systemen und Du bist ein Profi (m/w/d) im analytisches Denken und glänzt mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und zu erklären.
    • Kommunikationsstärke mit einem offenen und lösungsorientierten Ansatz sowie selbstständiges und zielgerichtetes Arbeiten zeichnen Dich aus.
    • Teamfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit im Team runden, neben sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, dein Profil ab.
